HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

Tax And Duties
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. How To Change My Delivered Address?
Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (service@sxgasm.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can't change the address once the item was dispatched.
